Salmon Faverolles
Faverolles are one of our most loved and most popular breeds! We always tell people if they love silkies then they’ll love Faverolles. This breed is large fowl, bearded, fluffy cheeks, feathered legs and five toes. Faverolles are dual purpose! They’re great layers (even in the winter) and rarely go broody.
Probably the best thing about them is they are an auto-sexing breed. By 3-4 weeks the males will have black feathers growing in on their legs and shoulder are, whereas the females will have cream colored feathers on their legs and salmon colored feathers on their shoulder area!
Many people seek out this breed because they are known for laying an egg that has a pinkish tint to it. Faverolles are also popular because they have such a great personality and truly are a great breed for everyone in the family!
*Local Pick up requires a minimum of 5 chicks. You can mix or match with any of the breeds we have.

All are collected within 2-3 days. They are labeled and candled before packaging them. While we collect we store the eggs at room temp, unwashed and facing pointy side down in an egg flat.
We can ship up to 2 dozen eggs in one box. Eggs are shipped with great care in foam, bubble wrap and egg flats. An instruction sheet is also provided along with your approved NPIP form.
Shipping is included in the price and all orders will be shipped through UPS unless you are unable to receive UPS deliveries in your location. Once shipped we will email you with the tracking number
